PROGRAM TERMS

SHORTS Affiliate Program

Effective August 19, 2026. Approved partners earn 25% of net subscription revenue, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits and fraudulent or self-referred purchases, for the referred customer’s first 12 paid months.

Attribution

A valid referral uses the partner’s unique link and a 30-day cookie. The last eligible approved partner click before registration receives attribution. Attribution may be denied for cookie stuffing, impersonation, trademark bidding, spam, misleading claims or self-referrals.

Approval and payment

Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days and may be reversed for refunds or chargebacks. Payouts are made after approval once the payable balance reaches $50 USD. Partners are responsible for accurate payout and tax information.

Promotion rules

Partners must disclose the affiliate relationship, use accurate current pricing and features, follow applicable advertising and privacy laws, and may not present themselves as JOVIGROOVE or SHORTS employees.

Changes and termination

SHORTS may pause or terminate accounts for abuse and may update future commission terms with notice. Earned valid commissions remain payable subject to the refund hold and these terms.
